Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invest AI platform, website, and related software (collectively, the "Service") operated by Invest AI Technologies Pty Ltd ("Invest AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Invest AI is a technology provider that supplies algorithmic trading software and execution infrastructure. We are not a financial adviser, broker, or fund manager. Nothing on the Service constitutes personal financial product advice. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions made through your account.

To use the Service you must be an Australian resident, at least 20 years of age, and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Trading digital assets and other financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. The automated strategies provided by Invest AI can lead to the loss of all funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI models can experience unexpected behaviour during black-swan market events. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose.

Applicable fees, commissions, and payout timing are disclosed in your account dashboard prior to activation. All amounts are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful activity, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this section.

All software, models, content, and branding made available through the Service remain the property of Invest AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Invest AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Invest AI's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to Invest AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or trading loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
