Invest AI Technologies Pty Ltd ("Invest AI", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.

• Identity data: full name, date of birth, residency.
• Contact data: email address, mobile number, postal address.
• Eligibility data: responses to onboarding questions including available capital and age bracket.
• Financial data: linked exchange or brokerage account identifiers and balances (read-only where possible).
• Technical data: device, IP address, browser, and usage analytics.

We collect information directly from you when you complete eligibility questions, register, contact our team, or use the Service. We also collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

• To assess eligibility and activate your account.
• To operate and improve the Service and execute trades you authorise.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations including AML/CTF requirements.
• To contact you about activation, support, and material changes.

We may disclose your information to: liquidity providers and exchange partners necessary to execute trades; identity verification providers; cloud infrastructure and analytics vendors bound by confidentiality; and regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Personal information is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. We use access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia (including the United States and the European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle your information consistent with the APPs.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with us and, if unresolved, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, including AML/CTF record-keeping requirements (typically seven years from account closure).

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the Service may not work as intended.
